“In our 190th anniversary year, we are grateful to be recognized for quality, and are delighted that this is the second year in a row to have achieved such recognition,” Cezar Consing, president and CEO of Ayala, said in a statement.
“If we continue to build businesses that enable people to thrive, we’ll continue to be among the world’s leading companies,” he added.
Ayala, whose portfolio spans banking, real estate, telecommunications, energy and manufacturing, topped the global list with a rank of 274.
Created by TIME and Statista, the list spotlights the world’s top companies based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability.
The evaluation involved surveys from over 170,000 people in more than 50 countries, focusing on company image, working conditions, salary, and equality.
To qualify, companies needed to have at least $100 million in revenue in 2023 and show positive growth from 2021 to 2023. Sustainability data was also analyzed using standardized performance indicators from Statista’s ESG database.
