  • Best Sustainability-Linked Financing (Philippines) for Ayala Land Inc.’s bonds, which support emissions reduction and green building initiatives.

  • Best Sustainability Bond–Local Currency (Philippines) for the BPI SEED Bonds, funding renewable energy, energy efficiency, and MSMEs.

  • Best Blue Bond (Philippines) for Maynilad’s Blue Bonds, the country’s first SEC-registered issuance to fund sustainable water and wastewater projects.

  • Best Social Loan–Agriculture (Philippines) for BanKo’s Agri-NegosyoKo Loan Program, empowering smallholder farmers with financial and technological tools.

  • Best Acquisition Financing (Philippines) for ISQ’s acquisition of PCSPC, supporting expanded biofuel and sustainable aviation fuel infrastructure.

Driving market innovation in Southeast Asia

At the FinanceAsia Awards, BPI Capital’s regional leadership was also recognized:

  • Best Bond Deal in Southeast Asia & the Philippines for Maynilad’s P15-billion Blue Bonds.

  • Best Project Finance Deal in the Philippines, and Highly Commended in Southeast Asia, for Alternergy’s P8-billion wind energy loan.

  • Best M&A Deal in the Philippines for the BPI-Robinsons Bank merger, a transformative deal in the Philippine banking sector.
