Emerging market

Cebu is emerging as a focus market after Asialink partnered with Primeworld Land Holdings Inc., Eastland Property Ventures, Inc. and HTLand Inc. to extend financing options to qualified homebuyers in the province.

“As a homegrown Cebuana, I am especially pleased that we can bring Asialink’s real estate financing solutions closer to more homebuyers in Cebu. Our partnerships with HTLand, Eastland and Primeworld allow us to work more closely with developers and provide qualified buyers with additional financing options as they work toward owning a home,” president and CEO of Asialink Finance Corp. Anna Katrina C. Bañez said in a press statement.

Online expansion

Asialink is also extending its reach online through a partnership with Lamudi Philippines, connecting property search with financing options. The company is likewise a member of the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc.

The real estate push builds on Asialink’s broader lending platform. Asialink plans to add developer and property-industry partners while expanding channels connecting qualified buyers with financing. —Vanessa Hidalgo | Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
