The awarding, which took place recently in Manila, was hosted by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines (CCIFP).
The Prosperity Award recognizes French and Filipino organizations that blend economic success with impactful social contributions.
Teleperformance’s award-winning initiatives for inclusivity and sustainability include its remote work solution, TP Cloud Campus, its talent-sourcing and development program TP for All, and the TP Skills Training to Employment Program (TP STEP), which equips marginalized communities with IT-BPM competencies.
“Receiving the Prosperity Award is a proud moment for us, as it underscores our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and our promise to create positive experiences across the communities we serve,” said Teleperformance Philippines CEO Rahul Jolly in a statement.
The company has strengthened its commitment to diversity and inclusion by partnering with agencies and organizations such as the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), and the Project Inclusion Network. These collaborations expand employment opportunities for individuals from marginalized communities.
“By addressing barriers to employment and creating equal opportunities, TP continues to be a driving force for local economic development,” said Jeffrey Johnson, Chief People Officer.
