Sustainable finance milestones

In 2024, BPI Capital led five of the country’s seven sustainable public issuances, including Maynilad’s Blue Bonds, Ayala Land’s Sustainability-Linked Bonds, and ACEN’s Sustainable finance milestones Sustainability-Linked Loan.

On the advisory side, deal count rose 67 percent year-on-year, with 10 mandated engagements — underscoring robust market confidence in its capabilities.

The investment house also executed numerous award-winning deals across equity, debt, and mergers and acquisitions, setting new benchmarks for Philippine investment banking.

Focused on clients, focused on growth

“While the path to growth has become more complex and uncertain, our commitment to serving our clients and the country remains stronger than ever,” Ong added. “By delivering expert financial advice and world-class deal execution, we are well-positioned to navigate evolving market conditions and turn challenges into opportunities.”
