Survey results
A company-wide survey revealed that 93 percent of employees consider CLI a great workplace, significantly surpassing the Philippine average of 65 percent. Employees expressed pride in their workplace, with 95 percent stating, “I am proud to tell others I work here,” while 96 percent commended management’s competence.

With a workforce of more than 1,000 across CLI and its subsidiaries, the company continues to emphasize people as the cornerstone of its success.
