Takeda Philippines earn dual recognition for workplace excellence in Asia

Takeda Healthcare Philippines Inc. has secured its place among Asia’s top employers by receiving the 2024 ACES Inspiring Workplaces in Asia award and a spot on the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Best Workplaces in Asia list.

These recognitions reflect Takeda's dedication to creating a supportive, inclusive, and innovative work environment, where employee well-being is a priority alongside patient care.

The ACES award highlighted Takeda's dynamic work environment and focus on sustainability through initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, including workshops on generational diversity and SOGIE (sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression), the company said in the same statement.

Takeda’s open communication channels, such as regular surveys and town hall meetings, allow employees to voice concerns and foster engagement.
