SM Hotels and Conventions Corp.’ (SMHCC) flagship property, Taal Vista Hotel, is poised to redefine high-end hospitality with the February 2026 debut of its first-ever Presidential Villa. 

Designed as the new benchmark of luxury in South Luzon, this villa amplifies the hotel’s reputation as a premier cultural landmark while offering a new level of privacy and sophistication.

Located on the fourth floor of the hotel’s Mountain Wing, the 600-square-meter villa boasts three luxurious bedrooms, a formal dining space, and a spacious living area. Guests will enjoy a private veranda with panoramic views of Taal Lake and Volcano, alongside the convenience of a private lift for unmatched exclusivity.
