Hotel101, controlled by tycoons Edgar Sia II and Tony Tan Caktiong, sees demand for Golden Visas boosting unit sales revenue for Hotel101 Global, attracting buyers in the Philippines and other locations.
The first three overseas Hotel101 projects are projected to generate $471 million (P27.2 billion) in foreign currency revenues for DoubleDragon.
Out of Hotel101 Global’s goal of one million operating hotel rooms by 2050, 50,000 are planned for the Philippines, helping solidify DoubleDragon’s Hotel101 as the largest hotel company in the country and one of the top five globally.
