DoubleDragon Corp.’s Hotel101 Global is off to a strong start in Europe, with its 680-room Hotel101-Madrid quickly generating bookings and early revenues.

Since opening in March 2026, the property has logged over 45,000 hotel night bookings, translating to €5.44 million, or about P387 million, signaling solid demand in a key international market.

Its location beside the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix circuit further positions the hotel to benefit from sustained event-driven demand over the coming years.

“2026 is set to be the year with DoubleDragon to start generating high volume of recurring revenues from its portfolio of provincial community mall leasing, industrial warehouse leasing, office leasing and its hospitality portfolio in the Philippines and overseas,” DoubleDragon said in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday.

Pipeline builds momentum

The Madrid launch marks the start of recurring revenues from Hotel101 Global’s overseas portfolio, with more properties lined up for rollout.

A total of 2,229 new rooms are set to come online in 2026, including developments in Davao, Cebu, and Niseko, expanding the group’s footprint across both domestic and international markets.

With Madrid delivering early traction, DoubleDragon is now shifting from project launches to scaling stable, recurring income across its broader portfolio.
