Rockwell Land eyes revenue growth with 90% provincial landbank

Lopez-led Rockwell Land Corp. anticipates steady revenue growth over the next five years, fuelled by a landbank that has expand to 500 hectares, which is mainly located in key provinces near Metro Manila.

The builder will also launch three new horizontal developments this year, including a 100-hectare neighborhood in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan called The Samanean at Paradise Farms. 

Additionally, Rockwell will develop a 63-hectare mixed-use project and a 38-hectare residential area with a hotel concept in Lipa, Batangas."More than 90 percent of our land bank si located ni the key cities of Pampanga, Laguna, Batangas, and Bulacan," said Rockwell Land chair and CEO Nestor Padilla.

"Our current presence in these strategic sites has given us the optimism to develop more products,” he said. 

Moreover, Rockwell Workspaces is expanding beyond Metro Manila with the launch of 1 Rockwell in July 2024. This marks its first office building in the 2.8-hectare IPI Center community.  

"Our commitment to provincial development remains steadfast, as evidenced by our ongoing expansion and development efforts ni provincial areas," said Rockwell Land president and chief operating officer Valerie Soliven.
