Filinvest REIT Corp. announced that 94 percent of its building portfolio is now fully powered by renewable energy.
This achievement includes 16 out of 17 buildings, with eight in Northgate Cyberzone leading the transition.
Earlier this year, five more Grade A buildings switched to renewable energy under the government’s Green Energy Option Program. Filinvest Axis Tower 1 and Filinvest Cyberzone Cebu Tower 1 renewed their energy contracts to fully embrace renewable sources in June.
As of July 2024, most of FILRT’s buildings are now 100 percent powered by renewable energy, with only one building managing its own energy contract.
