The handover moves early buyers from investors to homeowners in the first residential development inside Avia Estate, Alsons Dev’s 121-hectare master-planned community.
Why it matters
The turnover signals continued progress for Alsons Dev’s expansion beyond its Davao base, as it builds a larger residential and lifestyle estate in Sarangani, the company said in a statement.
The milestone was marked during the community’s first Buyers' Appreciation Day, where homeowners, guests, and partners gathered for project updates and estate activities.
Guests also joined outdoor activities such as horseback riding, giving residents a preview of the active lifestyle envisioned for the development.
What they’re saying
“Based on what I have experienced today, I can already say this home will be good for us in the future. If there’s one place I can recommend for both investment and family, this is it,” said Catherine Cuico, one of the first homeowners of Narra Park Residences Avia.
Alsons Dev president and CEO Miguel Rene A. Dominguez said in a statement that the turnover reflected the company’s focus on creating long-term communities.
“These represent more than completed units—they are the beginning of a community,” Dominguez said. “Our focus has always been to deliver developments that are well-planned, responsive to how people want to live, and built for long-term value.”
Alsons Dev said 59 homes have been completed within Narra Park Residences Avia to date.
The bigger picture
Avia Estate has also been adding community infrastructure and shared spaces.
The Alabel Public Safety and Security Complex was inaugurated in January 2025, while The Abba’s Orchard Montessori School opened in August 2025.
Recent additions include the Avia Estate megatent for events and a football field. Planned developments include an interim commercial area, a pickleball court and community facilities for Narra Park Residences Avia.
