SMCC Philippines will serve as the official housing contractor for Idesia San Jose Del Monte (SJDM) in Bulacan, P.A. Properties said in a statement.
This collaboration aims to elevate construction quality and efficiency by incorporating advanced Japanese engineering innovations into the development, it added.
Raising construction standards
The memorandum of agreement (MOA) was formalized in a signing ceremony at P.A. Properties' Alabang office, highlighting both companies’ commitment to raising construction standards in the Philippines.
Idesia SJDM, a 15.84-hectare residential project, is strategically located in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan—just an hour away from Metro Manila. Designed to cater to young professionals and families, the development features modern townhouses (Yama) and single-attached homes (Sora), combining urban accessibility with suburban tranquility.
With SMCC Philippines onboard, Idesia SJDM will benefit from the Precast System, a Japanese-engineered structural shell technology.
Unlike traditional methods, precast technology allows structural components to be manufactured offsite and assembled on location, ensuring:
Faster project completion
Enhanced structural integrity
Minimal material waste
Consistent quality
“We are thrilled to partner with SMCC Philippines for this project,” said Romarico T. Alvarez, chair of P.A. Properties. “Their expertise in precision and efficiency aligns with our goal of delivering high-quality homes to Filipino families.”
Vision for the future of Philippine Housing
The collaboration reflects a long-term vision for the Philippine housing industry. Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. executive officer Masahiko Toda emphasized that Japanese innovation will ensure superior quality and durability in Idesia SJDM.
Meanwhile, Yoshiaki Sakaguchi, general manager of SMCC Philippines, noted: “This partnership is a testament to our commitment to excellence in Philippine real estate.”
