RLC is one of the country’s leading office developers, with a nationwide portfolio spanning 34 office buildings across 12 key cities.
Through Robinsons Offices, the group has established a strong presence in major business districts, including Pasig City, where it is the largest office landlord with six strategically located buildings housing global corporations and BPO firms.
Ortigas anchor asset
Among its flagship properties is Cyberscape Alpha, which anchors Robinsons Offices’ footprint in Ortigas. Developed by RLC and owned by RL Commercial REIT, Inc., the 26-story PEZA-registered and EDGE-certified building blends accessibility, sustainability, and prestige.
Located near Robinsons Galleria and major transport hubs, Cyberscape Alpha serves as the headquarters of Robinsons Land and hosts a diverse mix of corporate and BPO tenants—making it a cornerstone of the group’s office portfolio.
Beyond new builds
For Robinsons Offices, growth is not limited to adding new developments. “Robinsons Offices stays committed to continuously enhancing existing spaces, adapting them to meet the evolving needs of today’s professionals,” said Jericho P. Go, SVP and business unit general manager of Robinsons Offices.
Go shared these insights during the unveiling of the newly reimagined lobby at Cyberscape Alpha, part of an initiative launched in 2023 to upgrade office lobbies across the portfolio. The program aims to ensure that both new and established buildings remain relevant, inspiring, and competitive.
Design with purpose
While the original lobby was built for functionality, Robinsons Offices envisioned something more ambitious. “The lobby was functional, but we wanted the new design to make a statement,” Go said.
As the headquarters of Robinsons Land, Cyberscape Alpha’s lobby was reimagined as a social hub—a space meant to be experienced rather than merely passed through. The redesign seeks to instill pride among occupiers while creating a sense of wonder for guests and visitors.
Symbolic relaunch
The new lobby was officially unveiled during an event dubbed “The Mane Event,” attended by executives of Robinsons Land and officials of JG Summit Holdings, Inc.
“The timing is intentional: the launch aligns with the Year of the Horse, a year of leadership, strength, and momentum,” said Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, President and CEO of Robinsons Land, in her welcome remarks.
Horses feature prominently throughout the redesigned space—from curated artworks to a lamp-shaped sculpture—symbolizing power, leadership, and forward movement. The motif also reflects the concept of equine leadership, which emphasizes protection and collective well-being.
Leadership values
“True alpha behavior is about herd safety,” Go said. “The security, health, and safety of our occupiers and guests will always be our top priority.”
