Talent-ready location with strategic access

Dumaguete City is increasingly being recognized as a talent-rich, investment-ready destination. Institutions such as Silliman University and Negros Oriental State University consistently produce graduates with high English proficiency and skills in business, IT, and engineering—ideal for BPO and tech-driven firms.

In terms of accessibility, the development is just 15 minutes away from Dumaguete-Sibulan Airport and is well connected to neighboring islands like Cebu and Bohol via ferry. A nearby public transport terminal serves employees commuting from various parts of Negros Oriental, supported by road links like Negros South Road and Jose Romero Road.

Sustainability at the forefront

In line with RLC’s commitment to environmental stewardship, Cybergate Dumaguete incorporates energy-efficient technologies such as Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air-conditioning, LED lighting, and Low-E glass windows.

The building also features water-saving fixtures, dual piping, and a rainwater harvesting system, ensuring long-term operational efficiency and reduced utility costs for tenants.

“Cybergate Dumaguete is a well-planned premium development that answers the needs not only of today's workforce, but also of future generations," Go said.  “It represents our continued push toward sustainable and future-ready office spaces.”

A model for regional growth

Cybergate Dumaguete aligns with Robinsons Offices’ decentralization efforts, encouraging businesses to expand beyond Metro Manila.
