This milestone goes beyond the homes built; it reflects lives transformed and aspirations realized, the company said in a statement.
Over the years, P.A. Properties has garnered numerous accolades in the Philippine real estate sector. In 2024, it was recognized among the Top 10 Pag-IBIG Fund Developers in South Luzon and NCR and achieved the Highest Conversion Performance in the region for 2023.
The company has also been honored as one of the top taxpayers in San Pedro and Cabuyao, Laguna—solidifying its reputation as a responsible corporate citizen and an economic contributor.
P.A. Properties' projects are mostly in Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga and Bulacan.
“Our 30th anniversary is a testament to the trust of our customers, the dedication of our employees, and the strength of our partners,” said Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, CEO and president in the statement. “Our journey is not just about building homes; it’s about fulfilling aspirations.”
Strategic growth through partnerships
A major factor in the company’s success is its strategic alliance with Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., resulting in projects like the Idesia Cabuyao East community in Laguna. This collaboration blends global expertise with local insight to deliver high-quality, affordable housing.
To address the Philippines’ housing backlog, P.A. Properties has secured P900 million in funding from the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) and P300 million from the Philippine National Bank (PNB). These funds will support land acquisition and development, to contribute to meeting the estimated demand for nine million housing units nationwide.
“Collaborations with esteemed partners like Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. broaden our vision and enable us to innovate at an unprecedented scale,” said Romarico T. Alvarez, board chair.
Building communities, enhancing lives
P.A. Properties has expanded into commercial spaces with its SanJos Square hubs in Bulacan, San Pedro, and Cabuyao. These community-focused centers bring essential services closer to residents, enhancing convenience and sustainability.
The company’s commitment to innovation is driven by its dedicated research and development (R&D) team, which focuses on improving product quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction.
“We know that building homes means building the fabric of communities,” noted Lina-Cruz. “Our R&D team ensures we remain at the forefront of quality and functionality.”
Celebrating stories of resilience
At the heart of P.A. Properties’ 30th-anniversary celebration is the “Kwentong Buhay, Kwentong Bahay” vlogging contest, which highlights inspiring stories from its homeowners. From brokers helping overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) invest in their families’ future to long-time employees like Thess Amante, who has dedicated 28 years to the company, these stories underscore how homeownership changes lives.
“Each story speaks to the heart of our mission and the countless dreams brought to life through our homes,” said Jonathan G. Lu, vice chair.
A vision for the future
Looking ahead, P.A. Properties plans to construct 20,000 additional housing units across key cities and provinces within the next five years. These homes will be designed with affordability, functionality, and sustainability in mind. They will integrate sustainable solutions, including solar-powered technologies, to reduce environmental impact and promote healthier communities.
“As we look toward the future, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating communities that thrive not just today but for future generations,” Lina-Cruz added.
With its commitment to sustainability, community building, and strategic partnerships, P.A. Properties is positioned to remain a leader in affordable housing, ensuring that more Filipino families achieve their dreams of homeownership. — Ed: CSN
