Driving the news
Tenet WFH Global Business Center, Inc. and Conifer WFH Global Business Center, Inc.—both indirect subsidiaries of Tenet Healthcare Corp., a leading U.S.-based diversified healthcare company—formally opened operations at GBF Center 2, Robinsons Offices’ premium sustainable tower.
The move highlights the Philippines’ continued role as a hub for high-value healthcare outsourcing and coincides with RLC’s 45th anniversary.
Why it matters
Tenet Healthcare, which manages a national portfolio of healthcare facilities across the U.S., cited the Philippines’ deep pool of healthcare-skilled professionals and GBF Center 2’s premium, sustainable infrastructure as decisive factors.
“The availability of world-class talent and the exceptional standards of GBF Center 2 made this a clear choice for our growth,” said Dan Nacarato, country head for Tenet Healthcare’s GBCs.
A home built with purpose
GBF Center 2 is currently the largest LEED v4-certified premium office tower in the Philippines.
The building features energy-efficient systems, smart technologies, and resilient design to support global operations.
It is part of Bridgetowne, a master-planned estate that integrates offices, residential towers, retail, hospitality, wellness hubs, and communal third spaces—strategically connected to C5, Ortigas Avenue, and Amang Rodriguez.
“We build offices not just for productivity, but to help improve lives by creating jobs and fostering inclusive growth,” said Jericho P. Go, SVP and GM of Robinsons Offices.
The bigger picture
The Philippines’ IT-BPM industry is valued at $38 billion and employs around 1.82 million Filipinos, according to IBPAP.
Tenet Healthcare’s expansion is expected to generate high-value healthcare jobs that support U.S. patients while uplifting local communities.
For Robinsons Offices, the partnership underscores its strategy of offering future-ready, sustainable spaces that strengthen both business resilience and community well-being.
