At the heart of this transformation is Ayala Malls Arca South, a lifestyle and commercial centerpiece set to open by December 2025. Designed as a walkable, community-centric destination, the mall will bring together global and local retail brands, unique dining experiences, entertainment hubs, and civic spaces.
“The first phase is launching at the end of the year, and it will be a reflection of a new way of thinking about what community centers are,” said Mariana Zobel de Ayala, head of Ayala Land’s leasing and hospitality group.
“We envision Ayala Malls Arca South as the ultimate destination marketplace—fresh produce, flowers, pa-luto, crafts, and roasteries—all anchored on the best of the Philippines,” she added.
The mall will feature a food hall that celebrates diverse culinary traditions, a market hall showcasing regional delicacies via a cook-to-order setup, and a pioneering artisanal coffee hub catering to digital nomads with integrated work pods.
Beyond commercial spaces, Arca South’s evolution includes thriving residential enclaves from Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, and Avida, such as Arbor Lanes and Gardencourt Residences, known for blending nature with luxury.
Key anchors within the estate include the Healthway Cancer Care Hospital, the country’s first specialized cancer hospital; Landers Superstore; and The Arca South Pitch, now home to Barça Academy Manila. Event venue The Blue Leaf is also slated to open next year.
Arca South’s connectivity will be bolstered by the upcoming Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITx)—an intermodal transport hub that will link the estate to the Skyway, Metro Manila Subway, and the North-South Commuter Railway.
With its strategic location, integrated development model, and a strong pipeline of infrastructure and community assets, Arca South is poised to become Metro Manila’s future-ready CBD—designed for sustainable growth and built around people. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
