Ayala Land expands in Davao with Virendo, a luxury green sanctuary

Ayala Land is expanding its presence in Mindanao with the launch of Virendo, its first high-end horizontal residential development in Davao under Ayala Land Premier (ALP).

Strategically located in Toril, just 16 kilometers from the city center, Virendo is designed as an exclusive, low-density community set within a master-planned mixed-use estate.

An elevated haven 

Virendo’s name is derived from the Spanish words verde (green) and pausado (gentle/deliberate), reflecting its vision as a verdant sanctuary nestled between the Davao Gulf and Mt. Apo-Talomo range.

Designed by BAAD Studios, Virendo’s amenities blend luxury with sustainability, ensuring a harmonious connection between architecture and nature. Phase 1 turnover is set for the second quarter of  2029.
