Running until the end of April 2025, the program applies to a limited number of ready-for-occupancy (RFO) units and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each unit under the Move In Now program is fully furnished through SMDC’s in-house styling service, Good Stays. This initiative, in partnership with SM Home, Our Home, Ace Hardware, and SM Appliance, allows buyers to select from curated furnishing packages suited for comfortable living or rental readiness. The cost of furnishings can be bundled into the unit’s total contract price and paid via installment terms.

Local buyers can move in with 5 percent spot down, pay another 5 percent over 12 months, and settle the balance through bank financing or cash. Foreign buyers can participate with a 10-percent down payment and flexible in-house financing options.
To further assist clients, SMDC provides structured bank loan support to ease the transition to financing.
