Robina Gokongwei-Pe, currently president and CEO, will transition to chair of the board on Jan. 1, succeeding Lance Y. Gokongwei, who will become board adviser. James L. Go will continue as vice chairman.

Robinsons Retail said Co will join the board, maintaining the nine-seat structure.
“With Stanley at the helm, drawing on his years of extensive experience and service to the company, I am confident that Robinsons Retail will continue to deliver long-term value for our customers, partners, and the communities we serve. I would also like to thank Lance for his sterling example as chair, and I hope to fulfill his role as well as he has,” said Gokongwei-Pe.
Co has been with Robinsons Retail for 21 years, starting as a division merchandise manager in 2003 and becoming group general manager in 2008.
He was promoted to managing director of the food segment in 2020 and chief operating officer in 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas and a Masters in Business Administration from De La Salle University.
