Located along Sheridan Drive in Camp John Hay, the property is very close to the Grafik Hotel Collection Baguio, another project by Filinvest Hospitality.
The restaurant will offer a fusion of classic American favorites with creative twists inspired by Cordilleran cuisine.
“We envision this new project to become a valuable addition to Baguio’s vibrant restaurant scene. It aligns with our plans to expand both our hotels and resorts, and our investment in new F&B ventures,” said Francis C. Gotianun, Filinvest Hospitality’s First Senior Vice President.
Grafik Baguio is a 256-room hotel being built with sustainable design principles from the EDGE Green Building Program. The 5,700-square-meter hotel is set to open by early 2025, showcasing its eco-friendly features.
“We are excited for the chance to reinvigorate tourism activities in Baguio, and we are committed to doing it conscientiously to preserve the area’s beauty for generations to come,” Gotianun said.
