Luxury anchor for Bridgetowne
The hotel will rise inside Bridgetowne, Robinsons Land’s roughly 33-hectare township connecting Quezon City and Pasig through a mix of offices, homes, shops and leisure destinations.
Direct access to Opus Mall and what the company describes as Metro Manila’s second-largest hotel ballroom will place Fili at the center of the estate’s hospitality and events business.
The Fili hotel project is 26 percent complete, with P2.26 billion in planned spending until next year, a regularly filing showed.
More hotels taking shape
Robinsons Land is also targeting a fourth-quarter 2026 opening for Grand Summit Cebu, followed by Grand Summit Pangasinan in the second quarter of 2027, and Grand Summit Panglao in the second quarter of 2028, the filing showed.
These projects form part of Robinsons Hotels and Resorts’ plan to add about 1,300 rooms through six properties over the next three to four years.
