The Megaworld property also secured its second Asia title as revenue grew 16 percent from 2023 to 2025.
“Whatever brings them to us, we want them to feel welcomed, cared for, and ready for what comes next,” Megaworld Hotels & Resorts managing director Sonny Alvaro said in a statement on Thursday.
Location drives demand
Room sales accounted for most of the two-year revenue increase, although Megaworld did not disclose the hotel’s revenue, profit or occupancy figures.
The 684-room hotel sits in Newport City across from Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.
Its location gives it a steady market of business travelers, tourists, overseas Filipino workers and passengers needing short stays between flights.
Regional recognition
Savoy first won the Asia airport-hotel title in 2021 and has retained the Philippine award every year since then.
It was the only Philippine property recognized in the regional airport-hotel category at the 2026 World Travel Awards.
