Sibayan stepped down as president, COO and director effective Sept. 2, citing personal reasons.
On the same day, Susana So resigned as an independent director of both AllHome and sister company AllDay Marts Inc., also for personal reasons.
Less than a year at the helm
Sibayan was appointed AllHome president and COO on Sept. 24, 2025, replacing acting president and COO Frances Rosalie Coloma.
She arrived with decades of retail experience, including previous roles at SM Mart, MerryMart Grocery Centers, Rustan Supercenters, Metro Gaisano and AllDay.
She was also chair of of the state-run People’s Television Network Inc. prior to her appointment at AllHome Corp.
Her exit comes as AllHome undergoes a broader restructuring that has included store closures and a smaller retail footprint.
Changes at AllDay
AllDay separately appointed Louella Fernandez as chief audit executive effective Sept. 2 to serve the unexpired term of Maria Charissa Josef.
Fernandez previously served as finance head of Vista Land & Lifescapes and as controller and compliance officer of AllHome, continuing a career that has spanned several Villar companies.
Both AllDay and AllHome remain suspended from trading as investors await their overdue financial statements for 2026.
AllHome said successors to Sibayan and So will be named in due course, while AllDay said it will separately appoint a new independent director.
