The upcoming 9-story development will be built on a portion of land acquired from Great Earth Marketing & Development Corp. (GEMDC).
Once completed in the first half of 2027, the building will feature a modern and iconic façade, complemented by a premium lobby design aimed at redefining office space standards in the region.
