  • Filigree said sustained construction progress reinforces confidence in project delivery and long-term value
  • The luxury residential development is positioned within Filinvest City's park-centric 15-minute community framework

Filigree said its luxury residential project, 1001 Parkway Residences, continues to advance steadily, with Tower 1 reaching the 38th floor as the development moves closer to its targeted topping-off by the end of July 2026.

The company said the milestone demonstrates continued execution of the project and provides investors and future residents with visible progress as construction moves toward completion.

Why it matters

The topping-off milestone comes as property buyers become increasingly selective, prioritizing developments that offer a combination of accessibility, open spaces, and long-term livability.

Filigree said these factors continue to drive demand for residential properties that integrate convenience with lifestyle-focused amenities and sustainable urban planning.

“We see strong appreciation for developments that bring together everyday convenience and access to open, green spaces in neighborhoods where everything is within a 15-minute radius,” Filigree head Daphne Sanchez said in a press statement.

“For 1001 Parkway Residences, we envisioned a bespoke property that is not only well-designed, but deeply connected to its surroundings, allowing residents to live life well, and in comfort. With construction advancing steadily, this vision is now becoming more tangible to buyers,” Sanchez added.

The bigger picture

Located in Filinvest City, 1001 Parkway Residences is designed around a 15-minute framework that places parks, retail centers, restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, and other essential destinations within a short distance from residents.

The project is surrounded by green spaces including Spectrum Linear Park, Central Park, and River Park, reinforcing its focus on walkability and outdoor living.

Designed by US-based architecture firm SmithGroup, with interiors by Empire Designs and landscape architecture by AECOM Singapore, the development incorporates biophilic design features such as vertical gardens that connect residents to the surrounding environment.

The project has also received international recognition, including awards from the Asia Pacific Property Awards and the London Design Awards.

What’s next

Filigree said the project's continued construction progress reflects growing consumer preference for developments that demonstrate reliability and tangible delivery milestones.

As 1001 Parkway Residences approaches topping-off, the company said the development offers buyers an opportunity to secure a property with visible progress, strategic location advantages, and long-term value potential while still at preselling rates. —Vanessa Hidalgo| Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
