Located on Mirasol Street in Barangay San Roque, MIRA is being developed as a family-oriented residential community near Cubao, major educational institutions, commercial areas and transport links.
RLC Residences senior vice president and business unit general manager Teddy V. Bernas and vice president for project management Engr. Emmanuel Arce recently visited the construction site with other company executives and development partners to assess the project’s progress.
Two towers
MIRA will consist of four residential towers, two of which have been introduced to the market. Tower 1 debuted in April 2024, followed by Tower 2 in July 2024.
Tower 1 is targeted for completion in February 2031, while Tower 2 is scheduled to follow in June of the same year.
The developer said ongoing work at MIRA is part of construction activity across its portfolio as projects move through different stages of development.
“It’s a day to celebrate. Because with MIRA, we are completing the residential complex of RLC in this part of Quezon City. Construction activities are in full swing and soon, MIRA will bring more life here in Barangay San Roque, a community just a stone’s throw away from the famous Araneta, Cubao,” Arce said.
Family market
MIRA offers units ranging from studios to two-bedroom configurations, including units with balconies. The units will also have smart home-ready features.
Amenities are designed for different members of the household and include swimming pools, fitness and wellness areas, children's spaces, a pet park and indoor and outdoor recreational facilities.
RLC Residences is also positioning the project's proximity to schools as an advantage for families. Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College and the University of the Philippines Diliman are among the educational institutions accessible from the development.
Quezon City location
MIRA's Barangay San Roque location places it near major roads and transport connections as well as hospitals, commercial centers and business districts, giving residents access to destinations across Quezon City and other parts of Metro Manila.
The development is also near Cubao, one of Quezon City's major commercial and transportation hubs.
“This project is a testament to our commitment to provide Filipinos a home within reach of life’s opportunities, and at the same time, a home where they can have an enriched and fulfilling lifestyle,” Arce said.
The company said construction will continue as it works toward the scheduled completion of the first two towers in 2031. —-Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
