The completion of the tower's structural framework moves the project into its next construction phase, which includes architectural finishes and the installation of building systems.
The topping-off ceremony was recently held at the project site along C5 Road in Barangay Bagong Ilog, led by RLC Residences SVP and business unit general manager Teddy V. Bernas and other company executives.
Construction progress
For prospective homebuyers, the milestone serves as a tangible indicator that the project is advancing according to schedule.
As buyers become increasingly selective amid evolving market conditions, visible construction progress offers added confidence that developments are being delivered as promised.
"Reaching the topping-off stage of SYNC N-Tower reflects the dedication of the project teams and partners behind this development," RLC Residences vice president and head of construction Engr. Emmanuel Arce.
"Every stage of construction requires careful planning, coordination, and commitment to quality. More importantly, this brings future homeowners closer to a community designed to support their routines, aspirations, and evolving lifestyles," he added.
SYNC N-Tower is the third completed structural tower in the SYNC development, following earlier milestones achieved by the S and Y Towers.
The project will eventually consist of four residential towers connected through shared amenities and retail spaces.
Strategic location
Situated along the busy C5 corridor, SYNC is designed to provide residents with convenient access to Metro Manila's major business and commercial districts, including Ortigas Center, Bridgetowne, Kapitolyo and Bonifacio Global City.
The development targets young professionals, growing families and property investors seeking homes that combine accessibility, smart technology and everyday convenience.
SYNC features efficiently designed residential units equipped with smart home capabilities, complemented by indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities. A retail wing within the development is also planned to provide residents with shops and essential services just steps from their homes.
Future-ready design
The project has also earned industry recognition for its engineering and design. SYNC received the Gold Award in the Residential High-Rise Category at the 2025 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Awards.
Among its standout features is the Sky Bridge that links all four towers. Beyond improving connectivity, the structure is designed to enhance the development's resilience during seismic events.
For RLC Residences, the topping-off marks another step toward delivering a thoughtfully planned residential community backed by Robinsons Land Corp.'s more than four decades of real estate experience.
"This achievement reflects the technical coordination and day-to-day commitment required to bring a project of this scale to life," RLC Residences senior consultant Engr. Jose Rovie Cipriano said.
With the structural framework now complete, construction will focus on the tower's architectural works and building systems as SYNC moves closer to becoming a fully connected residential community for modern urban living in Pasig City. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
