The 405-room Belmont Hotel Iloilo brings Megaworld’s total room keys within the township to 880, accounting for nearly 25 percent of Iloilo City’s hotel supply.
The details
The 12-story hotel offers a mix of room types, including suites, premiere rooms, and standard twin and queen layouts. It also introduces first-in-Iloilo concepts such as themed kids rooms connected to adjacent units and specially designed accommodations for guests with mobility needs.
Each room integrates curated works from local artists, aligning with the township’s positioning as a cultural hub while incorporating design cues inspired by the 1950s.

Belmont Hotel Iloilo joins Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo within the township, forming a clustered hospitality ecosystem near key attractions like Festive Walk and the Iloilo Convention Center.
