Megaworld is deepening its tourism push in the Visayas with the launch of Belmont Hotel Iloilo, its third hospitality development inside the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park, reinforcing the township’s role as a regional travel and business hub.

The addition signals sustained confidence in Iloilo’s tourism growth, with Megaworld consolidating a significant share of the city’s hotel inventory.

The 405-room Belmont Hotel Iloilo brings Megaworld’s total room keys within the township to 880, accounting for nearly 25 percent of Iloilo City’s hotel supply.

The details

The 12-story hotel offers a mix of room types, including suites, premiere rooms, and standard twin and queen layouts. It also introduces first-in-Iloilo concepts such as themed kids rooms connected to adjacent units and specially designed accommodations for guests with mobility needs.

Each room integrates curated works from local artists, aligning with the township’s positioning as a cultural hub while incorporating design cues inspired by the 1950s.

Amenities include a mini art gallery, a ballroom for up to 310 guests, meeting spaces, and wellness facilities such as a fitness center, spa rooms, and sauna-equipped changing areas.

Dining options feature Belmont Café, Zabana Bar, and a poolside grill, catering to both leisure and business travelers.

The bigger picture

Belmont Hotel Iloilo joins Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo within the township, forming a clustered hospitality ecosystem near key attractions like Festive Walk and the Iloilo Convention Center.
