The property developer is adding CCF Centris, a 3,200-square-meter community destination within Centris Station, as part of the continuing redevelopment of its 12-hectare mixed-use township, the company said in a release.
Why it matters
The addition reflects Eton’s strategy of introducing uses that can generate activity beyond the traditional office, retail and commuter traffic at the development.
CCF Centris has a 1,300-capacity main hall, an 800-capacity sports hall and four multipurpose halls, with the combined spaces capable of accommodating up to 2,500 people. The center is being introduced in time for Christ’s Commission Fellowship’s 42nd anniversary on Aug. 30.
“The continued redevelopment of Eton Centris reflects how we are positioning the property for long-term relevance as the needs of businesses, tenants, and the communities around us continue to evolve,” Eton Properties president and CEO Kyle Ellis C. Tan said.
“Our focus is not simply on adding more uses, but on building the right mix of destinations and functions that strengthen Eton Centris as a connected, accessible, and increasingly complete urban environment,” Tan said.
The strategy
Eton Centris already combines offices, retail, dining, services, events and transportation. The developer is looking to add destinations that complement those functions and give people more reasons to use the property.
CCF Centris also includes a full-size basketball court that can be converted for pickleball and badminton, flexible multipurpose halls, a Discipleship Group lounge, welcome center, administrative offices and supporting facilities.
“As we continue to redevelop Centris Station, we look carefully at how each new use contributes to the property as a whole. CCF Centris brings a distinct community and activity base that complements the existing office, retail, dining, transport, and service mix,” Eton Properties COO Architect Adrian T. Chua said.
“The objective is to create a development where different uses reinforce one another and strengthen the overall relevance and utility of Eton Centris for the people and businesses it serves,” Chua said.

Centris sits at the intersection of EDSA and Quezon Avenue, with direct access to the MRT-3 Quezon Avenue Station and major public transportation routes.
