The award was given for its "Certified by Meralco" (CBM) platform, a customer-centric digital solution designed to streamline the electricity service application process.
Launched in 2022, the CBM platform simplifies service applications for Meralco’s nearly eight million customers. The platform offers end-to-end solutions, from requirements submission to construction and permit acquisition, and ensures high-quality service through certified contractors. Customers also benefit from faster processing, cost transparency, and reliable service ratings.
Meralco senior vice president and chief revenue officer Ferdinand Geluz highlighted the platform's role in providing a more efficient and customer-friendly experience.
