The final price is well below the P10-per-share maximum price approved by regulators for the IPO, but matches the price secured by cornerstone investors that include some of the world's largest asset managers. The Philippine Stock Exchange earlier said the final offer price would be determined on Oct. 1 following Mynt's book-building exercise.

InsiderPH reported on Sept. 23 that GCash's cornerstone tranche would be priced at P6.60 per share, citing sources familiar with the transaction.
“It’s gonna be a fixed price of P6.60,” a source familiar with the deal said at the time. Another source said the company would “book-build at P6.60 because we’re confident with the number of cornerstones.”
The subsequent prospectus identified BlackRock, a unit of Fidelity Investments, Capital Group and Schroders among the major global investors backing the offering.
Mynt disclosed that cornerstone investors had committed about P36.5 billion to the IPO, with several agreeing to participate at no more than P6.60 per share.
What the price means
At P6.60 — valuing the country's largest fintech at $7 billion — Mynt's firm offer of about 8.03 billion primary and secondary shares would raise roughly P53 billion. If the overallotment option covering about 1.20 billion additional secondary shares is fully exercised, the total transaction could reach about P60.9 billion.
The cornerstone commitments alone are expected to absorb about 68.8 percent of the firm offer if the overallotment option is not exercised, giving Mynt a substantial institutional base even before retail investors enter the transaction.
What’s next
The public offer is scheduled for Oct. 6 to 12, while Mynt is targeting an Oct. 20 debut on the PSE main board under the ticker symbol GCASH.
The listing will mark the stock market debut of the company behind the Philippines' largest finance super app and one of the country's most closely watched technology companies.
