CLSA and HSBC have joined as international joint bookrunners, expanding the overseas banking team handling the massive share sale, its latest listing prospectus showed.
They join Jefferies, while Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and UBS remain joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.
BPI Capital and BDO Capital remain domestic lead underwriters, with the maximum P10 offer price and number of shares on offer unchanged.
GCash is the Philippines’ largest mobile wallet, offering payments, money transfers, savings, loans, investments and other financial services through its app.
IPO pricing moves to October
Mynt moved its pricing date to Oct. 1 from Sept. 28, while the final offer price will now be announced on Oct. 2 instead of Sept. 30.
The target date for securing the Securities and Exchange Commission permit to sell was pushed to Oct. 5 from Sept. 30.
The offer period will now run from Oct. 6 to 12, compared with Oct. 5 to 9 under the previous timetable.
Firm orders are due Oct. 8 instead of Oct. 7, while the settlement date for retail investors moves to Oct. 12 from Oct. 9.
Despite the changes leading up to the offer, Mynt’s planned Philippine Stock Exchange debut moves by just one day to Oct. 20 from Oct. 19.
