Hawkins, who currently leads the recently-opened Solaire North in Quezon City, succeeds former president and COO Thomas Arasi after his 11-year tenure.
Under his new role, he will oversee operations for both Solaire Entertainment City and Solaire North effective Dec. 19 this year.
He brings a wealth of experience in the gaming and entertainment industry, previously serving as CEO of City of Dreams, where he worked to establish the gaming hub as a leading VIP destination in Macau.
Before that, he was general manager for gaming at SKYCITY Entertainment Group, overseeing strategic operations for casinos in Adelaide, Australia, and Auckland, New Zealand.
Earlier, Hawkins was part of the founding executive team at Crown Melbourne Ltd., where he helped launch the Crown Casino Melbourne in 1994.
