Filinvest Hospitality, part of the family conglomerate Filinvest Development Corp. (FDC), operates a growing portfolio of homegrown hotel brands such as Crimson and Quest.
In a stock exchange filing on Monday, the company underscored the renovation of older facilities and the planned launch of a new hotel concept next year.
“As the Filinvest Group sets its sights on faster growth and making a positive impact on Philippine tourism and nation-building, our hospitality business aims to be a significant contributor to its overall plan,” said Francis Gotianun, Filinvest Hospitality’s first senior vice president and FDC director.
Hotels & cafes
In the first quarter of 2025, Filinvest Hospitality will unveil the Grafik Hotel Collection in the Camp John Hay property in Baguio City. The 200-room hotel will be the first of a new line of hotels for the group.
The company said services in Crimson Mactan in Cebu are being upgraded with the addition of a beach club and a new Japanese restaurant.
Filinvest Hospitality also operates the cafe restaurant Baker J, which has five branches in Alabang, Clark, Tagaytay, Taguig, and Rizal.
“After a strong 2023, we’re confident in full tourism recovery in 2024, showcasing the lasting appeal of the Philippines,” Gotianun said.
