The CMA CGM-operated vessel, measuring 398 meters and holding 19,856 twenty-foot equivalent units, arrived on 9 September. This highlights the terminal’s strong logistics and growing reputation.
“The arrival of this vessel is a testament to our ongoing evolution and adaptation to the demands of global trade. This achievement demonstrates that we are prepared to face the challenges of the international market and continue being the preferred terminal on the Colombian Pacific,” said Álvaro Otero, Puerto Aguadulce general manager.
Puerto Aguadulce, a state-of-the-art container terminal, started operations in November 2016.
It quickly established high standards in productivity, safety, and security. The terminal is co-owned by two major global port operators: International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) from the Philippines and PSA from Singapore.
