The platform went live after a two-week build and now offers more than 3,000 games with GCash, Maya, and QRPH payments enabled.
It returns with the gaming expertise of Philweb, an industry pioneer that’s listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
“HANN Online will serve as a premium digital extension of HANN Casino’s onsite gaming experience, offering players a secure and institutionally governed online environment aligned with national regulatory objectives,” Philweb said in a statement on Thursday.
Management’s view
“This launch highlights our commitment to building the infrastructure that supports a stable, transparent, and responsible gaming industry,” Philweb president Brian Ng said.
“Our ability to rapidly deploy a fully compliant platform while meeting the specific needs of HANN Casino reflects the strength of our technology, our people, and our long-term vision for the regulated gaming ecosystem,” he added.
Safe gaming
Philweb system is built around strict Know-Your-Customer checks, data protection rules, and 24/7 customer support to meet government gaming standards.
The rollout comes amid tighter rules after the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ordered banks to delink from e-gaming accounts last year, which pressured sector earnings.
Why it matters
The move is part of PhilWeb’s push to integrate its gaming expertise and infrastructure with new partners.
HANN Online is backed by integrated resort operator Hann Casino Resort.
Tycoon Enrique Razon Jr. had also entered this segment through his megaFUNalo! under listed Bloomberry Resorts.
More established players in the segment include DigiPlus Interactive and PlayTime.
