Bloomberry’s online gaming platform megaFUNalo is rolling out what it calls the Philippines’ first fully transparent live studio games, a move designed to capture surging demand for immersive and verifiable digital casino experiences.

Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor)-licensed platform unveiled a live studio environment featuring a full glass gaming table and a floor-to-ceiling LED backdrop, allowing players to see every aspect of gameplay, from card shuffles to roulette spins.

The feature aims to build trust among players while enhancing the realism of online gaming sessions.

Why it matters

Live dealer games have become one of the fastest-growing segments in online gambling globally, expanding at an annual rate of about 25 percent as players seek real-time interaction and greater transparency in gameplay.

Southeast Asia has mirrored that growth, posting a 27 percent increase in live dealer engagement between April and September 2025.

With smartphone penetration in the Philippines exceeding 80 percent, operators are increasingly designing gaming platforms for mobile-first audiences that expect high-definition, interactive experiences.

The big picture

megaFUNalo’s new live studio suite includes Classic Roulette, Transparent Baccarat, and Dragon Tiger. The glass-table setup is designed to give players a clear view of dealer movements and game mechanics while a high-definition feed creates a three-dimensional visual effect for mobile users.

Company executives say the product represents a shift toward higher transparency standards in the country’s iGaming sector.

“We are building the blueprint for the future of live studio gaming in the Philippines,” Cyrus Sherafat, executive vice president and head of gaming at megaFUNalo!, said in a press statement on March 9, 2026.

“By merging cutting-edge studio technology with real-time hosting, we aren't just launching a product—we're establishing a new standard for transparency. Our glass-table environment and integrated studio are designed specifically to elevate user trust and deliver an immersive experience that hasn't been seen in this market before,” he added.

What’s next

megaFUNalo said all live studio games operate under Pagcor oversight, with Know-Your-Customer protocols, data protection standards, and responsible gaming tools built into the platform.

The company positions the rollout as part of a broader push to lead the local industry’s shift toward mobile-optimized, trust-driven digital gaming experiences. —Vanessa Hidalgo | Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
