Under new leadership, PhilWeb said it is expanding beyond core technology to provide end-to-end support services, including operations enablement, platform security, marketing support, and customer service systems.
The move shifts PhilWeb toward infrastructure work that runs behind licensed gaming platforms rather than front-facing gaming operations.
Hann Casino deal as proof point
A key milestone in the transition is PhilWeb’s engagement with Hann Casino, one of the country’s premium casino operators.
“The engagement demonstrates PhilWeb’s capability to provide unified gaming infrastructure supporting system reliability, operational coordination, and controlled online–onsite connectivity in alignment with regulatory requirements,” the company said in a statement.
