Santos, a non-executive director of the company, replaces Jackson T. Ongsip, who will be reassigned within parent company Belle Corp., a portfolio company of the Sy family’s SM Group.
Additionally, Mischel Gabrielle O. Mendoza, currently chief risk officer and head of business development, will fill Ongsip’s unexpired term as executive director starting May 16, 2024.
The board also approved the promotion of Christopher C. Villaflor, the current head of the online lottery division, to chief operating officer, effective on the same date.
