Revenues surged 69 percent to ₱23.06 billion, while ebitda climbed 118 percent to ₱4.59 billion, driven by sustained user growth and new content across BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone.
The company credited its performance to operational efficiency, product innovation, and the adjustment of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation’s (PAGCOR) revenue share from electronic games.
Competitive advantage
“DigiPlus aims to bring the success it has established in the Philippines to participate in the thriving digital entertainment and electronic gaming industry globally,” said DigiPlus chair Eusebio Tanco.
“Our performance in the first quarter shows that we are building not just for scale, but for long-term value creation. We continuously invest in technology, talent, and trust – and this is what sets us apart," he added.
Marking its third anniversary, BingoPlus has grown into the Philippines’ top e-gaming platform with over 40 million users, now offering bingo, sports betting, and live-streamed games.
Looming Brazil expansion
Looking abroad, DigiPlus is gearing up for a fourth quarter launch in Brazil, naming a country manager and starting local hiring. It also incorporated DigiPlus Global Pte. Ltd. in Singapore to anchor its international push.
The company contributed ₱8.8 billion in taxes and regulatory fees, a ₱1.9 billion or 28 percent increase.
