Insider Spotlight
Located in Acacia, Barangay Indangan, Davao City, the new hub offers 18,608.29 square meters of leasable warehouse space and 13,840 pallet positions.
Its proximity to key transport gateways—about 12 kilometers from Davao International Airport and 15 kilometers from the PPA/SASA Port—allows seamless integration across air, sea, and land logistics routes.
Why it matters
The investment comes as businesses increasingly seek faster and more flexible logistics services to support growing consumer demand and more complex supply chains.
The facility is expected to help customers shorten lead times, improve market responsiveness, and strengthen distribution across major trade corridors in Mindanao.
The new site also expands FAST’s nationwide warehousing footprint to more than 2 million square meters across over 160 hubs, reinforcing its position as one of the country’s largest logistics providers.
Collectively, FAST’s network now offers more than one million dry pallet positions and 30,000 cold storage pallet positions, serving manufacturers, retailers, food producers, and agribusiness companies throughout the Philippines.
The company said it currently manages approximately one billion cases in annual throughput.
What they're saying
“FAST Davao Logistics and Crossdock Mega Hub strengthens our ability to serve businesses across Mindanao with greater speed, scale, and reliability,” FAST Logistics Group CEO for logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr. said in a press statement.
“Driven by our customers’ continued trust in FAST’s best-in-class, integrated logistics solutions, we are expanding with purpose, investing in the infrastructure and capabilities that keep their supply chains moving,” Onrejas added.
Built to accommodate a range of industries, the facility can operate as a third-party distribution center for consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, food, and agribusiness companies.
It also offers flexible warehousing options for small and medium-sized enterprises through a pay-per-pallet, per-day pricing model.
FAST business unit head for warehousing solutions Aron Javier said the company aims to make professional warehousing services accessible to businesses of all sizes.
“Our goal is to make high-quality warehousing accessible—whether you’re a large national brand or a growing local business,” Javier said.
“With flexible commercial terms and standardized operating processes, customers can scale up or down while maintaining inventory accuracy and service levels.”
The bigger picture
The Davao expansion is part of FAST’s broader push across Mindanao. The company recently opened a 1.8-hectare warehouse in Opol, Misamis Oriental, strengthening its service coverage in Cagayan de Oro and surrounding markets as demand for reliable logistics infrastructure continues to grow in the region. —Vanessa Hidalgo| Ed: Corrie S.
