A future-ready hub for innovation and growth
Located in McKinley West, one of Metro Manila’s premier business districts, the five-story, state-of-the-art campus will house thousands of professionals in a digitally advanced environment designed to promote collaboration, culture, and well-being.
The facility has a seat capacity of over 3,700 and will support new hiring opportunities as TP expands its operations. Modern amenities include flexible workspaces, a wellness center, gym, canteen, recreational rooms, and training hubs—reflecting TP’s commitment to employee experience and work-life balance.
In his message, Rahul Jolly emphasized how Filipino excellence continues to power TP’s transformation into an AI-driven, human-centered organization:
“The McKinley Campus is not just a new workplace — it’s a symbol of how Filipino excellence and empathy drive innovation. This is where technology meets humanity, and where our PHuture Forward journey truly begins.”
Smart, sustainable, and people-centered design
Equipped with AI-driven systems, digital collaboration tools, and upgraded cybersecurity, TP McKinley embodies the company’s next-generation digital business vision. Beyond technology, the site’s LEED certification underscores TP’s dedication to sustainability and green operations, with plans to become fully renewable energy source-ready by December 2025.
Championing Filipino talent and community impact
With nearly 60,000 employees nationwide, TP remains one of the Philippines’ largest employers and a consistent Great Place to Work® (GPTW) awardee. Over the years, it has helped drive the country’s IT-BPM growth by creating inclusive career opportunities and empowering local communities.
