Death, Disability, and Funeral Claims

UMID ID Capture and Release
E-1 and E-4 Form Submission
Loan Check Releases
Employer Services (contributions, loan payments, data updates)
The branch operates Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..
The inauguration was led by SSS President and CEO Robert Joseph M. De Claro, joined by Sta. Rosa Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas, Laguna Vice Governor Atty. JM Carait III, and Robinsons Land executives Joel Lumanlan (VP for operations and marketing) and Irving Wu (director for external affairs).
“We are truly grateful to Robinsons Land Corp. for providing the Social Security System with a wonderful facility here in Sta. Rosa,” said De Claro. “This collaboration is a long-term partnership to make social security services more accessible and responsive.”
De Claro added that expanding SSS’ footprint in Laguna aligns with the agency’s nationwide strategy to bring public services closer to communities.
The new SSS office is part of the larger Lingkod Pinoy Center at Robinsons Sta. Rosa, which already hosts PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LTO, PHLPost, PRC, and GSIS, making it a one-stop shop for essential government services. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
