More ways to load
The rollout begins with BingoPlus and will soon include ArenaPlus and GameZone, tying Pay&Go’s 3,500 self-service kiosks into the DigiPlus payment network.
A cash-out feature is also being developed for launch next year, allowing players to withdraw funds, not just top up, through the same machines.
“This partnership with Pay&Go is grounded in innovation, accessibility, and a shared mission to serve more Filipinos through secure and convenient payment touchpoints,” said Jasper Vicencio, president of AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. and Total Gamezone Xtreme, Inc.
“This means more access, more convenience, and more ways for our community to enjoy the DigiPlus experience wherever they are,” he added.
Regulations tightening
Earlier, DigiPlus disclosed that it was rebuilding payment access after the BSP-mandated delinking limited the use of major e-wallets for gambling transactions.
The company responded by adding new bank partners, enhancing its proprietary gateway, and expanding its network of land-based BingoPlus locations to keep player funding channels open.
“We are excited to support DigiPlus with Pay&Go’s nationwide footprint. Together, we’re making trusted payment access available to more BingoPlus players across the country and soon with ArenaPlus and GameZone,” said Danilo Ibarra, CEO of BTI Payments Philippines.
