Strong travel demand and network expansion fueled a 34.7-percent surge in Cebu flights, reaching 4,824 in January 2025 from 3,580 a year earlier.
Seat capacity also jumped 51.6 percent to over 717,000.
Cebu Pacific now operates direct flights to 24 domestic and six international destinations from Cebu.

“Cebu Pacific’s continued growth in Cebu reflects the strong demand for affordable and accessible air travel in Central Visayas,” said Xander Lao, CEB president and chief commercial officer.
“By increasing our flights and seat capacity, we are not only connecting more passengers but also supporting tourism, trade, and economic opportunities across the region,” he added.
