Eligible passengers from Manila to Dubai, Doha and Riyadh may change their departure once without paying a rebooking fee, a statement over the weekend showed.
Requests must be made at least 15 days before the flight and no later than Nov. 15, 2026.
“By allowing one fee-free date change, PAL is responding to the changing work schedules and travel arrangements commonly experienced by Filipinos,” PAL said in a statement.
“The added flexibility enables customers to book earlier with greater peace of mind, knowing they can adjust their travel date when needed,” it added.
Regional conflict forced PAL to suspend all three services in February, disrupting travel for overseas Filipino workers and other passengers, although these trips were gradually restored this year.
The routes accounted for about 8 percent of PAL’s revenue and 11 percent of total capacity in 2025, according to an offering memorandum from PAL’s landmark bond offering last July.
Tickets bought during major promotions and seat sales are excluded, while fare differences, ticket-validity rules and other conditions still apply.
