Suntrust is controlled by Chinese firm LET Group Holdings — formerly known as Suncity Group. It is building the hotel and casino and will operate the venture under a co-development deal with Filipino billionaire Andrew Tan’s Westside City Inc.
“Management aims to commence the operations of the main hotel casino in the first quarter of 2025,” Suntrust said in its latest annual report.
The Entertainment City project hosts three other integrated casino resorts. These are Enrique Razon Jr.’s Solaire Resort, the Sy family’s City of Dreams Manila and Okada Manila.
